So there is this band...Flyleaf, and there's is a lyric in their song "All around me"

--"I feel you on my fingertips, my tongue dances behind my lips for you".

I just can't get it out of my head. So poetic, and it's one of those lyrics that I wish I would've written!!!! Damn you Flyleaf!!!!

As far as hard bands lead by a chick....Paramore is also pretty good. They're big song "Misery business" has quickly become one of my favorites.

And with me...I'm finishing and adding to some of the songs....matt is awol, I played with a bass player and he's pretty cool. I'm probably going to have to do the solo thing this summer so we'll see how that goes! I'm also thinking of doing some experimenting with loops in the studio so that will be fun......That's all for now, minions...

Below I've added a link to my not so great performance on Friday night at the Moo. I always appreciate the harshness of being humbled.

How's that for an intro?

Enjoy.

live play

I've put together a setlist of new songs that I will be trying out this Friday, April 11th at the Moo.

---Spin around
---Dreamgirl
---Fool(Lay your head)

The songs are pretty sexy so yes, once again, I will be making love to the mic...

I should be performing around 7:30 P.M. Pacific time and the performances are streamed live at synclive.com, so if you can't make it, you can watch online.

Also, be sure to visit the Moos Myspace to get the latest updates on the Best of Show winners.

Hope

I wish that I could go back and tell myself that it turns out ok.
That all of the pain would soon be replaced with smiles.
That all of the anger would be wiped away with laughter.
I'd like to tell myself that when it seemed hopeless, a helping hand was already on its way, that the skies weren't as dark as they appeared and the storm would only last so long before my world would right itself again.

Matt & I

The Mocha Moo is one of the best venues that Matt and I have played at. The sweet racing stripes on my sleeves help me play guitar real fast.
